उपयोग की शर्तें

1. Acceptance

By using the website or uploading files, the user agrees to the Terms and related policies.

2. Service description

ihatepdf.pro बिना account वाला PDF service है. Users files upload कर सकते हैं, PDF tools से process कर सकते हैं और result बिना registration या payment के download कर सकते हैं.

3. Files and processing

Files selected operation करने के लिए ihatepdf.pro server infrastructure पर upload होती हैं. User files third-party file-processing services को नहीं भेजी जातीं.

Results processing complete होने के बाद 120 minutes तक available रहते हैं और फिर automatically delete हो जाते हैं. Session last request के बाद 4 hours तक active रह सकती है. Technical metadata up to 24 hours retain हो सकता है. Server/access logs up to 24 hours रखे जाते हैं.

4. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to process files without rights, violate rights, upload malware, process illegal content, bypass limits, attack the service, commit fraud or process sensitive data without authorization.

5. Tool-specific notices

Unlock PDF may be used only for authorized files. Sign PDF may create a visual/electronic mark but not necessarily a qualified legal signature. Redact PDF, OCR, repair, conversion, compression and editing results must be checked by the user.

6. Limits and disclaimer

The service may apply limits that can change without prior notice.

The service is provided as-is and as-available, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Third-party services

Website HostVDS, Yandex Metrica, Yandex Webvisor, Google Analytics 4, Yandex Direct / RTB, Admitad और Google Fonts use कर सकती है. ये services technical और usage data process कर सकती हैं. User files इन services को file processing के लिए नहीं भेजी जातीं.
