Service operator

The service operator for ihatepdf.pro is the site administrator responsible for the PDF tools, support handling, privacy requests, security reports, and abuse/copyright complaints.

Primary contact channel: support@ihatepdf.pro. For legal notices or data-related requests, include the page, tool, request date, and a concise description of the issue.

1. Service model

ihatepdf.pro बिना account वाला PDF service है. Users files upload कर सकते हैं, PDF tools से process कर सकते हैं और result बिना registration या payment के download कर सकते हैं.

2. Data we process

Files selected operation करने के लिए ihatepdf.pro server infrastructure पर upload होती हैं. User files third-party file-processing services को नहीं भेजी जातीं.

Results processing complete होने के बाद कुछ समय तक available रहते हैं और फिर automatically delete हो जाते हैं. Session last request के बाद 4 hours तक active रह सकती है. Technical metadata up to 24 hours retain हो सकता है. Server/access logs up to 24 hours रखे जाते हैं.

Original file names database में store नहीं होते. Raw IP addresses database में store नहीं होते. IP और user-agent HMAC hashes के रूप में up to 24 hours store हो सकते हैं. File content hash केवल processing के दौरान use होता है.

हम user files read नहीं करते, उनका backup नहीं लेते और उन्हें AI models train करने के लिए use नहीं करते. Administrators और developers को file-viewing interface नहीं दिया जाता.

Automatic renewal के साथ subscription set up करते समय, हम अपने payment services operator, जिसकी जानकारी साइट पर दी गई है, से मिली de-identified payment method details (card type, last 4 digits) subsequent automatic charges के लिए store करते हैं. हमें पूरी card details नहीं मिलतीं, न ही हम उन्हें store करते हैं.

3. Third-party services

Website Timeweb, Yandex Metrica, Yandex Webvisor, Yandex Direct / RTB, Google Analytics और Admitad use कर सकती है. ये services technical और usage data process कर सकती हैं; Google Analytics के use में de-identified data की cross-border transfer Google LLC (USA) को होती है. Yandex Webvisor page पर होने वाली गतिविधियों को रिकॉर्ड करता है (cursor movement, clicks, keystrokes, page snapshots) — सभी pages पर, file-processing tools सहित; इसमें filenames और forms में type किया गया text capture हो सकता है. Upload की गई files का content इन services को नहीं भेजा जाता.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, tags and similar technologies may be used for technical operation, analytics, advertising, affiliate integrations and fonts.

5. User responsibility
