1. Acceptance

By using the website or uploading files, the user agrees to these Terms and the related policies. If the user does not agree, the service should not be used.

2. Service description

ihatepdf.pro is a no-account PDF service. Users can upload files, process them with PDF tools and download the result without registration or payment.

3. Files and processing

Files are uploaded to ihatepdf.pro server infrastructure to perform the operation selected by the user. User files are not sent to third-party file-processing services.

Results are available for 120 minutes after processing is completed and then deleted automatically. Sessions may remain active for 4 hours after the last request. Technical metadata may be retained for up to 24 hours for diagnostics, security and abuse prevention. Server/access logs are retained for up to 24 hours.

4. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to process files without legal rights, violate copyright, privacy or data protection rights, upload malware, process illegal content, bypass limits, attack the service, overload infrastructure, commit fraud or process sensitive data without authorization.

5. Tool-specific notices

Unlock PDF may be used only for files the user owns or is legally authorized to modify. Sign PDF may create a visual or electronic mark but does not necessarily create a qualified electronic signature. Redact PDF, OCR, repair, conversion, compression and editing results must be checked by the user and are not guaranteed to be error-free.

6. Limits and disclaimer

The service may apply limits on file size, file count, total job size, processing time, rate limits and available tools. These limits may change without prior notice.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ihatepdf.pro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption or damages resulting from processed files.

7. Third-party services

The website may use HostVDS, Yandex Metrica, Yandex Webvisor, Google Analytics 4, Yandex Direct / RTB, Admitad and Google Fonts. These services may process technical and usage data. User files are not sent to these services for file processing.
