What data the service receives

The service temporarily receives uploaded files for the requested operation and the minimum technical context needed for stable delivery.

Why that data is used

File access is required to run the selected PDF action, while technical data helps maintain correct behavior, reliability, and abuse protection.

1. Service model

ihatepdf.pro is a no-account PDF service. Users can upload files, process them with PDF tools and download the result without registration or payment.

2. Data we process

Files are uploaded to ihatepdf.pro server infrastructure to perform the operation selected by the user. User files are not sent to third-party file-processing services.

Results are available for 120 minutes after processing is completed and then deleted automatically. Sessions may remain active for 4 hours after the last request. Technical metadata may be retained for up to 24 hours for diagnostics, security and abuse prevention. Server/access logs are retained for up to 24 hours.

Original file names are not stored in the database. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the database. IP address and user-agent may be stored as HMAC hashes for up to 24 hours. File content hashes, if needed, are used only during processing.

We do not read user files, back them up, or use them to train AI models. Administrators and developers are not provided with a file-viewing interface.

3. Third-party services

The website may use HostVDS, Yandex Metrica, Yandex Webvisor, Google Analytics 4, Yandex Direct / RTB, Admitad and Google Fonts. These services may process technical and usage data. User files are not sent to these services for file processing.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, tags and similar technologies for technical operation, analytics, advertising, affiliate integrations and fonts.

5. User responsibility

The user is responsible for having the legal right to upload and process each file and for checking the final result before using or sharing it.
