अगर file size की वजह से process नहीं हो रही तो क्या करें?
Upload interface में current limit check करें। File बड़ी हो तो PDF को parts में split करें, compress करें या extra pages हटा दें।
क्या pages की संख्या पर कोई restriction है?
हाँ, pages की limit tool पर निर्भर करती है। अगर document बहुत लंबा है, तो उसे parts में split करके एक-एक करके process करें।
क्या documents upload करना safe है?
Service files का access processing तक ही सीमित रखता है और processing पूरी होने के बाद data automatically delete कर देता है। Sensitive documents के लिए «Security» और «Privacy» page भी जरूर पढ़ें।
क्या मेरी files third parties को दी जाती हैं?
नहीं। Files iHatePDF के server infrastructure पर upload होती हैं और किसी third-party file-processing service को नहीं भेजी जातीं।
क्या मेरी files AI training के लिए इस्तेमाल होती हैं?
नहीं। हम user files नहीं पढ़ते, उन्हें backups में शामिल नहीं करते और AI models को train करने के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।
Processing के बाद files का क्या होता है?
Results processing पूरी होने के कुछ समय तक उपलब्ध रहते हैं, फिर automatically delete हो जाते हैं। आपकी तरफ से कोई action जरूरी नहीं है।
क्या files को पहले delete किया जा सकता है?
हाँ। Interface में «Delete files now» नाम का button है, जो source files और processing results को तुरंत delete कर देता है।
क्या मेरी files का backup रखा जाता है?
नहीं। Service user files का backup नहीं बनाता। Automatic deletion के बाद files को वापस पाना possible नहीं है।
File process क्यों नहीं हुई?
सबसे common कारण हैं - corrupt source file, गलत format, बहुत ज्यादा data या processing में temporary error। पहले format, size और file खुद check करें, फिर दोबारा try करें।
अगर processing अटक जाए या पूरी न हो तो क्या करें?
Page refresh करें और task का status check करें। अगर task पूरा नहीं हुआ, तो operation दोबारा करें। बड़ी files के लिए document को parts में split करने की कोशिश करें।
अगर file upload नहीं हो रही तो क्या करें?
Check करें कि file का format supported है, size limit से ज्यादा नहीं है, file corrupt नहीं है और password-protected नहीं है। अगर problem बनी रहे तो कोई और browser try करें।
क्या PDF को Word, Excel या JPG में convert किया जा सकता है?
