What to check before sharing

  • If the file's font lacks a letter you type, another font is used and the editor says so; check the result before exporting.
  • A scan is a picture: recognise it (OCR) to make text selectable, or add text on top. To hide data for good, use a redaction area; that page is exported as a picture.
  • A complete redesign of a layout is better done in the source file.
